Summer Springs

At Summer Springs, we’ve always been committed to keeping regional NSW hydrated with pure, high-quality spring water. Our journey began in Dubbo in the early 1990's, where we operated as a Neverfail distributor, delivering drinking water to homes, businesses, and workplaces across the region.

Over thirty years, we grew to cover over 40% of NSW with depots in Dubbo, Tamworth and Armidale.

In 2023, we took the next step - launching the Summer Springs brand, giving us greater control over our service, customer experience, and commitment to quality. Then, in 2024, we reached a major milestone: sourcing our own spring water under our own brand, ensuring every drop comes from pristine, naturally filtered sources. This transition allows us to deliver pure, refreshing, and locally sourced water, backed by the service our customers know and trust.

As we grow, our motivations remain the same - providing sustainable, reliable, and high-quality hydration solutions, with the flexibility and personal service that only a regional business can offer. Whether it’s water delivery, coolers, or accessories, for home or work, we make staying hydrated effortless.

Founded in Tamworth in the early 1990's, Coffee Bean Roasting House is a pioneer of specialty coffee in regional Australia. Today, we maintain that commitment to sourcing the finest beans, roasting with precision, and delivering exceptional coffee to cafés, businesses, and coffee lovers across the country.

From the beginning, we set out to do things differently. We didn’t just supply coffee; we partnered with cafés, restaurants, and businesses, ensuring they had the training, support, and expertise to serve consistently excellent coffee.

Through strong relationships we built a reputation for quality, consistency, and care - from the first roast to the final cup.

As demand grew, so did we. Our Dubbo roasting facility allows us to perfect every batch, ensuring every bean meets our customers' standards. Whether it’s an award-winning espresso blend, or a single-origin specialty, we craft coffee to elevate every coffee experience.

Today, Coffee Bean Roasting House supplies wholesale coffee to cafés and businesses, offers an online store for home brewers, and continues to push the boundaries of what great coffee can be. But at our core, we remain true to what started it all. A passion for coffee, a commitment to quality, and a dedication to the people we serve.

When an iconic Dubbo café came up for sale, we saw more than just a business - we saw an opportunity to create something truly special. The Auctioneer is more than a café; it’s a meeting place, a landmark, and a connection to Dubbo’s rich history, serving as the flagship café of Coffee Bean Roasting House.

Nestled in the heritage-listed Woonah building, The Auctioneer pays tribute to the past while embracing the present. Woonah, meaning "camping place," reflects the site’s long-standing role as a hub for people to meet, gather, and trade. Still home to auction rooms and stock & station agents, the building continues its legacy of commerce and connection, housing businesses, professionals, and the same Stock & Station agents who have been here for generations.

Coffee Bean Roasting House brings new energy to The Auctioneer and this historic space that continues to blend heritage charm with the modern hum of commercial activity. The café sits at the front of the building, welcoming locals, visitors, and professionals into a space where exceptional coffee, simple food, and great conversation come together. A step through the building foyer doors leads to the peaceful courtyard, a quiet escape from the rush of Macquarie Street and Wingewarra St, just steps away.

While The Auctioneer offers a larger dining space than The Lab, we’ve stayed true to our strengths. Our focus is on exceptional coffee. The menu is small but thoughtful, featuring a selection of toasted sandwiches, light eats, and sweet treats, designed to complement the coffee rather than overshadow it. But where we keep things simple with food, we push the boundaries with our coffee menu, offering unique single origins, specialty blends, and expertly crafted drinks that reflect our passion for the craft.

The Lab by coffee bean

We’ve always been obsessed with crafting the perfect coffee - but we wanted a space where we could take things even further. That’s how The Lab was born - a concept café designed to bring us closer to the people who drink our coffee every day.

What started as a simple roastery door espresso bar quickly became something more: a place for experimentation, innovation, and direct feedback from coffee lovers.

The name “The Lab” reflects exactly what it is - a space where we test new blends, trial new roasting techniques, and introduce unique flavour profiles, all while serving coffee directly to our customers.

Every cup poured at The Lab helps shape the future of Coffee Bean Roasting House, allowing us to refine our craft with real, on-the-spot insights. It’s more than just a café—it’s a place where coffee meets creativity, and where our customers become a part of the roasting journey.
